Cut, Copy, Paste
You can copy data into and out of Premium Pro spreadsheets using the clipboard. This simplifies the data entry process and allows you to create custom reports using information extracted from Premium Pro.

File Sharing
Multiple users may access the same company file at the same time, even from different locations around the country. This makes it easier to distribute the workload among your staff.

Zoom
You can zoom in or out of a return to accommodate your own viewing preference.

Help
Premium Pro comes with an extensive on line help system, from how to use the software to how to complete the forms. Federal and state instructions are available as well.

Automatic Calculation

The automatic calculation works without any calc command from the user. Since there is no input schedule for this program, all tax data is entered on the face of the return. All you need to do is provide the first value of the form, click on any other field and MPFP will instantly calculate down the page.


Form Choice

You decide what forms this software supports. If there is a form that your company is required to file, that is related to Premium Tax, and cannot be found in either the Premium Tax or current MPFP software you can simply forward that form to our office and we will add it to the software.


Form Finder

The MPFP form finder was designed to replace the cumbersome use of menu selections. Each form is organized by state and is clearly listed.


Rollover

MPFP Online will automatically rollover your company information and selected data for each form from year to year so you can start using it immediately.


Overrides/Adjustments

You can adjust any information on the return simply by typing over it. The overridden values will display in red.


Viewing Capabilities

Premium Pro has made viewing the returns online as natural as looking at the printed form.


Management Features

The Summary Schedules are useful for reporting and tax management purposes and include check requests, and a check request summary. A check request export allows you to send the information to your Accounts Payable system.


Advanced Printing

Print any item that you are viewing by simply clicking on the printer icon, or you may choose to print multiple items from the print menu. You can print to paper or pdf as well.

Help Information
Help allows the user to view the contents of the Help file and also allows a user to view the state tax return instructions.


Data Storage & Access
You data is separated by company using a series of permission and cipher key constraints on a separate server from the web site. This server is connected directly to the server to provide speed of access and reliability.

 

Server Availability
Our servers have been independently audited and SAS-70 Certified to ensure security, business continuity & disaster recovery.

Application Availability
Change controls and impact assessments are performed to ensure applications function properly after updates and built-in excess capacity to ensure availability during peek periods

Physical Security
Server facilities are manned 24/7/365 by bonded security personnel. Biometric screening is required to access the server area, and motion sensors, video cameras and security breach alarms are positioned throughout the facility.

Disaster Recovery & Control
Power backup is from 2 independent power distribution units with 5 redundant standby generators. Seismically braced racks are designed to withstand disastrous conditions. The environmental controls include cooling towers, water pumps, and chillers to maintain a uniform 72º with 50% relative humidity. Finally, fire protection is provided by photo electronic and ionization detection systems with a multi-zone pre-action dry pipe suppression system.
