TriTech Introduces the Client Portal

The Client Portal now features WebSupport and Video Help.

Allen, TX—(October 20, 2011)—TriTech continually strives to provide enhanced support and service to their clients. The Client Portal is a one-stop shop for all Premium Pro support needs. The portal gives you 24 hour access to the latest help files, information, and updates available. You can also access WebSupport, Video Help, the newest workbook, and subscribe to RSS feeds to help you stay connected with TriTech and the insurance industry.

WebSupport provides a convenient way to communicate with the Premium Pro support staff. Through WebSupport, you have the ability to post and track your support issues, attach relevant screenshots or files to issues, and receive email notifications when your issues are updated. You can easily track the progress of your issues until they are resolved.

Video Help sessions are also available on the Client Portal. The videos act as mini training sessions that include step by step instructions for various topics. They allow you to learn about new features and enhancements, and can be very useful tutorials for new employees. New videos are being added often.

The help files for Allocator and Enterprise can also be accessed from the Client Portal. The help files now contain pictures and the ability to search to make what you are looking for easier to find.

To access the Client Portal, go to www.tritechsoft.com and click on the Client Portal button. Sign in using your existing Enterprise username and password.
