employees smashed together in a one room office, spilling onto each other’s

now amusing, memory. The courage to risk it all, relentless faith, and
good old sfashioned hard work has launched one tiny good idea into an
amazing success. An empty lot at 1205 S. Greenville Ave. in Allen, Texas will soon be home to TriTech’s shiny new building. Becci Goin, Project Coordinator, has been working closely with AM Designs for the interior concepts of the new site. Every TriTech employee was given the chance to own a piece of their new work space by voting on important design aspects, such as, colors, room layouts, and furniture accessories. The new building plans boast such features as a workout facility, an open ceiling concept, along with an open office design, large windows on every wall, an outdoor walking track, and a spacious lounge and kitchen area. Employees will now be able to enjoy, and even prepare their meals at Café Tri and stay fit by visiting GymTech. They will also no longer be confined within close walls and cubicles. Recently, a general contractor was chosen for the project, joining the building architect and the landscape architect. Paul Stroup with Credence Contracting, Inc will be the general contractor, Warner Richeson is the Architect, and Dan Barnes with Imagescapes of Texas will be handling the exterior landscape design. From the start of ground clearing to the finished project, there will
be an estimated 7 to 8 months of construction. By tax season next year,
TriTech employees will be stationed in their new home enjoying their
